Pollard wines are aged in Taransaud French oak barrels for 20 months.

With hints of lavender, rose and dried fruit on the front end, it has a finish of kitchen herbs, tellicherry black pepper and red currants. It is a versatile wine that pairs nicely with roast chicken, leg of lamb, creamy pasta or vegetarian dishes seasoned with Turmeric and Curry.
